Excerpt: After yet another terrorist attack on a plane on Christmas Day, again we have to question all these procedures in place at airports that delay us for hours, are they worth it? Mr Abdulmutallabm, the Nigerian terrorist flying to Detroit has shown how easy it still is to carry explosives onto a plane, even after a pat down.  So it now poses the question, is airport security actually working? Is it enough to take my razor and nail clippers at security, when I can just as easily purchase them from the shop Boots which is air-side? Any sharp objects are not allowed either…
